(1) If any dispute arises between the organizations in relation to any work carried out in accordance with this Act, a dispute resolution committee will be established as follows to resolve such dispute:...

(2) If any dispute arises between the organizations in relation to the transaction in accordance with this Act, any party may submit an application to the committee under sub-section (1) for resolution of the dispute.
(3) If there is an application from any party according to sub-section (2), the dispute resolution committee shall resolve the dispute within fifteen days by giving the other party an opportunity to be heard.
(4) The decision made by the dispute resolution committee in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be final.
(5) Other procedures related to dispute resolution shall be as prescribed.
